FirstEnergy’s Ohio utilities wanted to reach out to you to share some information about our public assistance programs. The late winter months often bring an elevated number of customer complaints about higher-than-expected utility bills, usually because the cold snaps in January and February result in customers using more energy than usual. Attached is a document detailing a number of programs your constituents might be able to take advantage of to reduce or manage their utility bills during this time.  Click here for more info: Customer Assistance Program
